What counts as a synced item?
An item listed on two or more channels. Items that only sit on your master channel don’t count, so you only pay for what you sell in more than one place.
Are there per-order fees?
No. You pay the plan price, however much you sell.
How does the 30-day trial work?
Every plan starts with 30 days at no charge. You add a card when you start, and the first charge comes when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you’re not charged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes.
I installed KickSync from the Shopify App Store. How am I billed?
Through Shopify, on your Shopify bill.
Do I need a Shopify store?
To sell on Shopify, yes. Shopify’s plans are separate from KickSync’s.
